LCPL Community Survey

Lake County Public Library is conducting a community survey to assess our services. Please complete this survey even if you do not use the public library because your input will help us in planning services to meet your needs.

Current services are chosen based on past community surveys. We are interested in how well our current service is meeting your needs, and seeking to better understand how you would prefer to use the public library in the future. We are asking you to assist in our research. We hope to complete the research by mid-2017.

Participation in the survey is voluntary and anonymous. You do not need to identify yourself by name on the survey. IP addresses are not associated with survey responses.

Surveys are being emailed and mailed out to patrons, and there are paper surveys available at the front desk. A summary of results will be posted on the library website; notice will be given when the summary is available.

If you have any technical problems with the survey please contact Holly Henning in our Technology Department at 719-486-0569. If you have any questions about the study, please contact Nancy Schloerke at 719-486-0569 or by email at
