As Lake County School District (LCSD) teachers explore expeditionary learning, they’ll be receiving even more professional development this year. In fact, they’ll be getting 2 hours of professional development each Friday morning.
And that gives students the opportunity to spend Friday mornings exploring fun and engaging “out of the box” learning–including physical activities, art, technology, Lego Robotics, educational games and more.
Friday morning enrichment is optional and the district will be running two buses on Friday mornings to allow students choice about their participation.
